On the Aproove blog today, we meet Vince Pucci, a key member of Aproove’s Customer Success team!
As the first point of contact for many clients, Vince plays a vital role in ensuring their success with Aproove. Discover more about what his role involves, what a typical day looks like, and which Aproove feature he loves the most, in our interview below!
Before joining Aproove’s Customer Success team, I spent 10 years as a teacher, where I taught 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade engineering and robotics. Alongside teaching, I coached high school soccer and served as the head wrestling coach at the middle school level.
In my role at Aproove, I'm often the first point of contact for clients. When an issue is reported to the service desk, I handle it at the initial level, aiming to resolve the problem promptly. If the solution requires further support, I collaborate closely with my teammate, Jeff, to ensure he has all the details needed to assist. I also help onboard new clients, guiding them as they start their journey with Aproove and making sure they feel confident using the interface.
Aproove gave me the opportunity to leverage my skills from teaching while developing new ones in an entirely different industry. I enjoy learning new technologies, and Aproove offers no shortage of opportunities to expand my knowledge.
One of the things I find most fascinating about Aproove is its adaptability. Each client uses the platform uniquely, tailoring it to their specific needs. My favorite feature so far is the tag-based automation, which I recently learned how to set up myself!
My typical day is a blend of expanding my knowledge of Aproove, studying documentation, building workflows, and supporting customers. Right now, I’m focused on becoming an expert in our Admin tool.
There’s a lot to look forward to! With five releases planned each year, Aproove is constantly evolving and improving, bringing new features and enhancements that help make it the leading work management solution.
