Aproove est un produit créé en 2006 et une société privée créée en 2004 (Aproove Société Anonyme).
Aproove a été initialement lancé en tant qu'outil de vérification en ligne riche en fonctionnalités de classe "entreprise", conçu d'abord pour les équipes marketing, les marques et les entreprises.
Alors que nous continuions à travailler sur de grands projets, l'application est devenue plus riche en fonctionnalités, et il était clair qu'Aproove faisait bien plus que de la simple vérification en ligne. Nous avions évolué vers une plateforme de "Gestion de projet".
En 2020, Aproove décide de renommer et repositionner sa gamme de produits.
Aproove Work Management est destiné à nos entreprises traditionnelles et PME qui nécessitent une gestion du travail hautement configurable, une automatisation des flux de travail et une vérification en ligne.
WeAproove a été lancé pour répondre exclusivement à ceux qui ont besoin de la vérification en ligne sans complexité. WeAproove est un service gratuit pour tous, avec la possibilité de débloquer des fonctionnalités payantes et de ne payer que ce dont vous avez besoin sans avoir à choisir une édition de produit.
WeAproove est idéal pour les indépendants, les petites entreprises et ceux qui veulent essayer la vérification en ligne.

THE CONCEPTION

Aproove's founder Xavier Dorvillers identified the need for a content-based online proofing solution that moved beyond the traditional file-based approach and was able to cater to both technical and non-technical users. The Aproove build began.
THE LAUNCH
2008
The first version of Aproove launched in 2008 for Belgian based media agencies and printers. The initial launch was very successful with positive feedback about the new approach to online proofing.
GO INTERNATIONAL
2010-11
Word spread from the Belgium based agency groups, leading to requests from other European offices in France & the UK. Aproove appointed VPJ to become our Japanese, marketing, distribution & support partner in Japan.
DRUPA & CORPORATE
2012
In 2012 Aproove exhibited at the International Drupa exhibition attracting a lot of interest from global brands and large corporate companies based in North America, Europe, and Asia.
MOBILE
2013
As the mobile device market was exploding, Aproove launched dedicated Android and Apple iOS applications
SAAS & APROOVE EXPRESS
2014
Aproove launched its first Software as a Service (SaaS) product hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to cater to the growing request for subscription-based, managed services. In the same year, Aproove Express launched as integration into Enfocus Switch.
APROOVE ONE PRODUCT LAUNCH
2016
The Aproove ONE product line was launched to enable small & mid-sized companies, access to enterprise-level software at affordable subscription pricing using our new HTML5 interface.
USA OFFICE OPENS & CLOUD STORAGE INTEGRATIONS
2017
To better serve our growing North American client base of large retail, insurance, and banking corporations, along with government departments, we opened a local office in Chicago, USA.
PRODUCT REPOSITION
2019/20
This period saw a significant re-positioning with the WeAproove+ launching for pure online proofing needs and Aproove Work Management launched for those with more advanced work management, workflow automation, and online proofing needs.
